We arrived on a very hot day and the staff member gave us an option to change rooms as to make our stay more comfortable.

advertised pool was closed and unavailable. It was a 37c day.

The rooms were very clean, all services in the room were as advertised, The staff went out of their way to help customers even out of office hours, My room was cleaned whilst on my visit, bed changed etc Linen & towels were clean & fresh.
Found the wifi Difficult to connect but once I worked it out it worked fine,

Location to where i was going.
I requested no stairs when i arrived i was put upstairs on telling the manager why i requested no stairs he procedded to tell me i would need to pay an extra $40.00 the money isnt the issue but i left my number i should have been contacted not very approachable probably wouldnt stay there again which is a shame as i will be going to Morwell once a month for the next 5 years.

Water pressure good in shower.
The house next to the motel played very loud rap music for a few hours. Owner also tried to charge us more to change to a ground floor, which we had to go accept three single beds instead of a queen and a single. There was only one other room taken out of 35 rooms. Pillow was smelly (musty/old).
